HAIR ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist top stylists with daily appointments
• Learn advanced techniques and be confident about following trainer’s instruction/direction
• Apply learned techniques, under the supervision of top stylists, on staff models and mannequin heads
• Educate and sell products based on clients’ needs
• Be an enthusiastic participant in new product and protocol training
• Exhibit a professional and polished image
• Deliver (demonstrate) exceptional customer service
• Be able to work a schedule that includes day, evening and weekend shifts

Qualifications:

• Require Missouri cosmetology license
• Available to attend a full-time paid training program
