Spa Rewards – an annual loyalty membership with meaningful benefits:

- Receive a $10 certificate for product purchase – available on the day of joining

Elite Membership – a monthly membership with benefits:
- Includes Spa Rewards Membership and its benefits at no additional cost
- Receive a monthly Elite Massage or Elite Facial with select service providers
- Purchase unlimited additional Elite Facials or Elite Massages for your personal use at member rate
- Receive 10% off on additional spa services
- Elite Facials or Elite Massages are available with senior service providers, upgradable at time of service for nominal fee
Brilliant Distinctions – reward yourself with every purchase:
- Sign up for Brilliant Distinctions and earn rewards for qualifying treatments*
- *Qualifying treatments may include Botox, CoolSculpting, Juvéderm, Vollure, Volbella, Kybella and Voluma
- Earn rewards for purchasing participating Brilliant Distinctions products
Is there an initiation fee to join the Elite Membership?
There is no joining fee; we invite you to join when you’re ready, on your terms. We ask that you give the Elite Membership a minimum of a three-month trial.
I’d really like to have more than one Elite service, is it possible?
Yes, you may purchase as many Elite services as you’d like for your personal use. The cost for additional Elite services is at the member rate.
When is the monthly fee charged to my credit/debit card?
You determine the fixed date that fits your lifestyle. Simply let us know if the date is different from the time of joining.
I am traveling…may I ‘freeze’ my membership while I’m traveling?
Of course, we are happy to put your membership on hold for as long as six months, a small fee will apply.
If I missed a monthly service, do I lose the service?
We will automatically ‘roll over’ the unused service onto the following month, as long as you are an active Elite member.
How do I upgrade the service to a senior provider?
It’s easy, mention at time of scheduling and we’ll add a nominal upgrade fee payable at time of service.
Are memberships transferable?
Your membership is reserved for you. You may wish to sign up a family member or friend for a membership so they too can enjoy the benefits of spa services.
What if I want to cancel?
We hope you wouldn’t want to, but we understand lifestyles and circumstances change. Simply submit the request in writing 30 days prior to your cancel date.
