How should I prepare for a spa treatment?
To avoid irritation, if your service encompasses area you normally shave, we recommend you shave the night before.

How should I prepare for a Special Occasion Style?
To avoid disturbing your customized style, please wear a button-down shirt to make changing clothes after your service easier.

How should I prepare for a pedicure?
So your polish won’t smudge, please bring open-toed shoes or sandals that you can wear to leave the spa.

How should I prepare for a waxing service?
Please avoid sun exposure for 24 hours before your service and 24 hours after. Length of hair to be waxed must be ¼ inch. Please discontinue the use of Retin-A or Renova for two weeks prior to facial waxing services.

I am unable to keep my appointment. What should I do?
So that we may accommodate as many of our guests as possible, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling one scheduled service, and 48 hours’ notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling multiple services.
Guests who do not notify us of a schedule change or cancellation within these time frames are charged a 50% service fee. Guests who miss appointments without notice are charged full price.

I am running late. What should I do?
Please notify us as soon as you know you will be late. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. Please understand that our schedule is very full and we may not be able to extend your service completion time. In these cases, it will be necessary to reschedule services.

Will you remind me that I have a scheduled service?
Yes. When you are booking your upcoming treatments at our reception desk, we will give you an appointment reminder card so that you can note the details in your calendar. We will also give you a complimentary reminder call the day before your appointment.

How far in advance should I schedule a service?
Our schedule tends to fill up quickly, so please book upcoming appointments several weeks in advance. Spa packages should be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance. Upon completion of services, we highly recommend that our guests schedule their next appointment with us at our reception desk.

If I would like to tell you about my experience, what should I do?
We highly value our guests’ feedback, encouragement, and suggestions. Please fill out our online survey. You may also email us or call us.
